Sama Soma means balanced body. Each treatment blends eastern practices including Ayurveda, yoga therapy and traditional tools, with western therapeutic techniques to ease tension, regulate the nervous system and restore balance.

Sessions are tailored to how you’re feeling on the day, whether you need deep targeted work or a slower, grounding reset.

With almost a decade of formerly teaching yoga and working closely with the body, my approach is grounded in both traditional eastern philosophy and modern anatomical understanding.

- Deep tissue and mobility-based techniques

This allows treatments to be intuitive, informed and truly personalised.

Availability is intentionally limited to ensure each session is unhurried and fully present.

I am an Integrative Bodywork Practitioner, fully insured and professionally trained with over 10 years experience working with the body through yoga and therapeutic practice.

Weaving western anatomy and eastern nervous-system awareness, this treatment supports recovery and postural balance.

Ideal if you’re holding specific areas of tightness, suffer any pain or discomfort or need structured, results-led bodywork.

BALANCE

An Ayurveda-inspired full body massage using flowing, grounding techniques to calm the nervous system and support whole-body balance. This is a light-pressure massage.

Incorporating breath awareness, intuitive pressure and traditional tools where appropriate, this session is designed to regulate, settle and reset.

Ideal if you’re feeling overwhelmed, depleted or energetically out of sync.

​

Focusing on the scalp, face, jaw, neck and shoulders, this session incorporates rhythmic massage techniques and traditional tools. Gentle yet effective work supports lymphatic flow, eases jaw and shoulder restriction, and helps regulate the nervous system.

Ideal if you experience headaches, screen-related tension, jaw tightness or mental fatigue.

Spa Facial Massage

This 90-minute treatment draws on either targeted therapeutic techniques or Ayurvedic principles, depending on your needs. The additional time allows for focused attention on chronic tension patterns, postural imbalances and nervous system regulation, while still creating space for full-body restoration.

Whether you choose a more anatomical, results-led approach or a flowing, grounding Ayurvedic treatment, the session is tailored intuitively on the day.

Especially supportive during periods of stress, burnout or long-standing tightness.
